Id-demm Nieżel bħax-Xita, edited by Adrian Grima and Karl Schembri, is a collection of writings reacting to the bloody events in Gaza of December 2008.

Most of the writings in the collection were first presented during a special literary event organized by the eidtors, early in January 2009. Besides known Maltese writers, the collection includes works by two Palestinian poets, Walid Nabhan and Sanaa al-Nahhan.
